At MemorySphere, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

1. Contact us at memorysphereuk@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We’ll send you a return authorisation and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Send it back using a tracked service (Royal Mail Tracked recommended)
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
• Personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your MemorySphere arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
