By placing an order with MemorySphere, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
2. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock issues. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, MemorySphere is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
